Censorship
1.Brand of advertisers and content are subject to final approval by landlord;
2.LED video content shall be submitted for censorship 3 weeks prior to start date;
3.LED manager shall not be responsible for any loss on late-supplied files and layout;
4.Presentable artworks are preferred. Please avoid hard sell and pricing content, also too much or small wordings.

Others
1) 10% airtime for landlord is required from November to March in every calendar year.
2) The Company shall not be liable to the Advertiser to any extent and shall forthwith be discharged from its obligations under the contract for the hiring of advertising space if the performance of the contract shall become impossible in whole or in part as a result of any event outside the control of the Company
3) Any interruption of display, suspension of display, non-display or discontinuance of display of the Advertisement due to or caused by any cause beyond the Company’s control shall not constitute any waiver of the obligation of the Advertiser to pay or entitle the Advertiser to terminate this Agreement. Any costs and expenses incurred due to the re-instatement of the display shall be at the cost of Advertiser
